Ill :(
Hey guys!
How are you all doing with your healthy lifestyles? :)
I’m still doing really well, I’m actually quite proud of myself. I just need to start doing more exercise now :)
However, I feel really ill today :( I’ve been throwing up and I feel like I have flu and all that jazz but nevermind. I’m sure it’ll pass. I might watch Lord of the Rings to cheer me up, it’s my favourite film and I usually watch it when I’m ill and stuck at home.

Hey guys!
Video number 2 is up on YouTube; just a short(ish) one to keep you up to date :)
I’ve been eating a lot more wholemeal bread this week, and more stuff with less fat etc. I’ve had no cheese and only 1 glass of fizzy pop. I split a bar of Dairy Milk and had it over 2 days, and I’ve been drinking LOTS of water :)
Also, I’ve been having Wheatabix (sp?) for my breakfast, with 2 pieces of fruit, and it’s been keeping me a lot fuller for longer.
Another breakfast food you can try instead of toast or sugary cereal, etc, is porridge. It keeps you nice and full for a long time and you can make it tasty by adding a spoon of Jam or a little dollop of Golden Syrup, or even just putting raisins or fruit in it.

Diet Day #001
Hey guys.
So I set up this Tumblr to go with my YouTube series “Katys Diet Days” so that I can keep more of a detailed account of what I’m eating, and even more tips etc.
This is just a quick post to introduce the whole thing, and there will be more detailed posts coming soon :)
I’d suggest following this blog if you’re trying to lose weight, or just want to eat more healthy in general.
